Everyone I know that has a job, has either been layed off, reduced wages, hours, and
has little chance of a real financial future.
According to the social security administration, if you take any group of 100 people
at the start of their working life and follow them for 40 years, the statistics
are quite alarming.
Only one person will be wealthy, 4 people may be financially secure, 36 will be dead,
and 54 will be dead broke ! Only 5% of us make it ! I got to thinking about that real hard
and realized the 2 things were standing in my way.
One was my job, and two was a plan. I realized that my job prevented me from spending the
time creating wealth. In Fact it prevented me from spending time with family and friends.
I was reasonably succesfull at what I did and more money than most, but once I stopped
working, so did the money. What a wonderful catch 22 most people are stuck in. Time and
Money, yikes what was I going to do.
Then My ship came in, The United States Government, along with the greedy bankers and
over extended creditors caused a massive recession. I was not able to find work, and all
a sudden I had lots of time.
I made a plan, I worked very hard at that plan, and now I do not want a job, and I get to
spend time with my friends and family. I realized all of this late in life, and I was very
sorry that I was dis-illusioned with the work hard at your job, and you will be financially
fine NOTION, that was taught to me by my parents, and instilled in schools.
I waisted alot of years of my life, that I could of been doing things I wanted to, instead
of things I had to do ! I was angry for awhile, at my self, at the world, and I Drank alcohol
and hurt myself even more over the whole thing.
Silly me, I needed a plan, and I needed a good mentor to help me unlearn many damaging
lies I was told in my youth. Once I found my way, now looking back, I feel so thankful, and
lucky that I wanted to help others attain the same quality of life.
Folks, life is so short, and to waist it on a job seems like suicide to me now. I watched
companies lay off people (MY FRIENDS), I saw companies sell jobs overseas, and I realized
there is no such thing as a PERMANENT position they were selling me on. I travelled every
week to different states, and saw how companies treat people, and I was trapped just like
they were, and you probably are now.
I have to tell you there is a better way to live, doing the things you like, being with
the people you love, and engaging in healthy efforts to improve your life. People are so stuck
in their ways, they scared to even imagine themselves being financially set for life because
that thought makes them depressed about where they are right then. Yup, that reality sucks !
I know, been there, done that, got the T-Shirt, and I GAVE IT BACK ! I am here to tell you that you can change your life, and you can do it with a plan, and hard work. I know, and I now hang with people that are financially set, and they know what I now know. And I want you to know it too. I want you to be skeptical, I want you to investigate everything, including some of the
advice that you were told, because those little white lies start to add up quickly.
Santa Clause, The Tooth Fairy, may indeed be harmless white lies, unfortunately, the lies
did not stop coming, and they became very, very, harmful.
