Obesity - How It Blocks Your Muscle Building Dream Body

By:

An obese body can act as the headquarters of several diseases and medical complications. A muscular body on the other hand is a centre of strong and positive chemicals and thoughts. If you are obese you are all the more susceptible to being exposed to several severe health risks, such as: cancer, coronary heart disease, fatty liver disease, gall bladder disease, metabolic syndrome, osteoarthritis, pregnancy complications, sleep apnea, stroke, and type 2 diabetes, etc. The only way to protect yourself from such health risks associated wit obesity is to actually bring down your weight, through thorough exercise and build up the muscle content in your body, because muscles consume energy even during your idle time

Other popular consequences of being overweight includes dyslipidemia, which takes place when the body has highly exceeding and treacherous levels of cholesterol and triglycerides. Yet other health consequences of obesity include gynecological problems, such as abnormal menses, and even infertility. If you do not want these problems, you must start working out right away, to activate the positive bioelectric signals across your nervous system to activate and heal every affected organ and build muscles to have a clean and strong body.

Heart disease, heart attack, heart failure, angina, abnormal heartbeat, gastro esophageal reflux disease, asthma, gallstones, memory and grasping issues, could be yet other severe complications that arise, as a result of obesity. In fact, all of these major complications arising out of obesity, are sometimes the major factors that drive people to reduce their weight, and build up their muscles and endurance, once they find themselves unable to cope up with the severe inconvenience on the health front.

The way the fat gets distributed around a particular human being's body, also determines if it is going to imply serious health consequences to such a person. For instance, a person with a lot of fat around their stomach and abdominal areas is at much greater health risk than another person with fats deposited mainly along the thigh and hip areas. So if you are one of those types that gains weight around your waist, abdomen, stomach chest or upper back, it must be your top most priority to get your chest, back, abs, and hip flexors muscle groups to be put to thorough training for muscle development, to prevent any of your vital organs from getting affected by any of the fat in that region.

If a particular man has over 40 inches measurement of hips or alternatively if a woman measures over 35 inches around her waist, then such men and women are more susceptible to falling prey for diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, high BP, cholesterol, or coronary artery disease etc, when compared to those men and women who lack fat and have well-built muscles around these areas, thereby protecting any degeneration around these sensitive areas of the body.

Being overweight can also give rise to severe psychological consequences, such as low self image, low body image, anxiety, nervousness, depression, pessimism, frustration, etc. Maintaining a balanced diet, a committed exercise regime and adequate rest, will give you the kind of toned and beautiful muscles that will give you such psychological highs that it will work wonders on your psyche and physical health throughout your life.
