Obama Shouted Down By Liberal Aids Activists While Campaigning To Rally Dems

By:

Barack Obama was shouted down by liberal AIDS activists while campaigning to rally Democrats in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on Saturday afternoon. This is only the latest, further mortifying episode of normally pro-Democrat hecklers who have defiantly shouted down Obama at one of his event stops designed to "fire up" a Democrat Party that seems increasingly fractured and disunited as the midterms approach. Obama was last shouted down by liberal and very militant AIDS activists only two weeks ago when he was campaigning on behalf of Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick. Liberal AIDS activists seem to be following Obama around from event to event, constituting a pattern that indicates both the unpopularity of the president as well as his impotence to inspire his own group of core voters.

Right from the beginning of his speech to rally dejected and unmotivated, Democrat voters to the polls in the upcoming midterms, Obama was besieged by noisy and militant AIDS activists who were dead set on shouting down the president at any cost. Looking increasingly less popular and undermined with each minute that the protesters were allowed to continue shouting him down, Obama struggled for a good, few minutes to try to begin to get the situation back under his control. In fact, it was not until the crowd of real supporters behind him (you know, those disciples who won't ever criticize him...for anything) started chanting, "Obama...Obama!" like the brainwashed zombies that they truly are that it appeared that the militant AIDS protesters began to quiet down a bit.

Desperately searching for a way to spin his increasingly unpersuasive self out of such a humiliating situation, Obama replied by trying, unsuccessfully, to shift the blame back to Republicans. That's right...Republicans, despite the fact that everyone in the crowd-also said by Fox News' Molly Line to be lighter than what she was used to seeing in an Obama rally-was a Democrat and the hecklers shouting him down were liberal AIDS activists.

Obama accused the Republicans of failing to do much or anything to fight the AIDS epidemic and, despite controversies surrounding whether the US ought to be giving foreign aid at all for the AIDS fight, claimed that the Democrats would do better. It's already blatantly false that the Democrats would do better, because the very reason these liberal protesters continually show up at Obama rallies to shout him down is due to his failure to keep his word regarding AIDS funding to the degree the liberals want. Further, the Bush Administration was widely praised back in the day for doing an awful lot to help those suffering from AIDS.

As Obama tried to further spin his way out of this embarrassing development, he once more used absurd reasoning by initially attempting to laugh the militant protesters off, bragging to the crowd that the great thing about Democrats is they "like to be heard." Nice try, Mr. Obama, but you aren't persuading anyone with that half-baked claim that the protesters are only there, shouting your shame-faced self down, because Democrats value free speech.

In reality, the fact that his own political rallies are being constantly and increasingly interrupted by a bunch of militant liberals, who would normally side with the president, because of his failure to keep his word to his own voters just confirms Obama's lack of popularity. It also verifies how truly weak this president is; I mean legitimately weak, not the fake weakness that the liberal mainstream media fabricated about Bush during his whole tenure in office. It also represents the state of the Democrat Party just two years into Obama's presidency: They are disunited and fractured, with many of their core voting groups feeling turned off at Obama's ineffectiveness to successfully push through legislation and programs they thought they were getting by voting for him.
