Many "experts" will tell you to load up on vitamins and supplements to stay healthy and keep your body fat in check. But will taking a lot of vitamins help you lose weight? Or is there another place you should be spending your hard earned money?

Have you ever noticed that after you take your multi-vitamins (and whatever else you take everyday) that your urine is a bright, neon yellow color? That's all your vitamins! In case you didn't know, that's the waste that your body is throwing away. So if the vitamins you're taking have 500% of the daily value of everything, why is it getting wasted?

Here's the deal...even though some chemists are really smart, it's impossible for them to take all the health beneficial vitamins out of plant products and put it into a tiny little pill that will give you everything your body needs.

Sure it would be nice and convenient, but it just doesn't work that way. When you take those vitamins every morning, your body may be able to absorb some, which is always beneficial. But the problem is that the majority of it is wasted so you're basically throwing your money away!

The truth is that if you eat healthy foods, you will get everything your body needs, AND it will actually be able to absorb and use it all. It's just not realistic to expect your body to absorb a whole days vitamins in just a short time.

If you stay away from processed foods, and start eating only natural, whole foods like vegetables, fruit and meat then you'll find you have more energy and won't even need to take all those expensive pills.
