Have you ever wondered what a newborn baby's bones, skin, blood, flesh, organs are made of? It is certainly not sugar and spices! After the baby is born, feeding practices should be examined, modified where necessary, and reinforced.Proper nutrition is essential for optimal growth and development of the newborn infant.

Youwould be aware that bones are made from calcium, amongst other things, and that blood contains iron. You might also know that flesh is made up of protein and that more than half of a baby's brain is constructed from special types of fats calledessential fats. But where do the calcium, iron, protein and essential fat come from? Not to mention the 50 other essential nutrients that make up a healthy baby!

Unfortunately, food also contain anti-nutrients, which are substance, such a refined sugar, damaged fats, chemical food addictives and toxic minerals that can damage the good work of the nutrients. You should steer your child clear of anti-nutrients. Easy to say, but hard to accomplish! You probably think that it is impossible to make kids eat only healthy food.
