North False Creek Is A Perfect Family Community

The city of Vancouver in British Columbia is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating metropolises in the entire world. Its extraordinarily diverse population, modern amenities, and gorgeous natural landscape make Vancouver homes for sale some of the most sought-out pieces of real estate in the entire country. However, while the city of Vancouver is certainly a spellbinding place to live, many families choose not to move to the area because of the usual concerns that one encounters when considering real estate in a large city. No matter where in the world one lives, safety is always compromised in the bustling atmosphere of a major metropolis. Other factors such as the availability of schools and family oriented homes tend to dissuade many potential buyers from looking into this city.

However, as any Vancouver real estate agent would know, there are certain areas of Vancouver that pose the perfect environment in which one can raise his or her family. It is simply a matter of knowing the right places to look. For instance, the community of North False Creek presents perfectly ideal living conditions for any family.

False Creek is a relatively small inlet that separates the city of Vancouver into two major parts. The southern portion is referred to as downtown Vancouver, while the northern portion has been split into several major communities, one of which is North False Creek. These communities are all suitable for raising families, although the town of North False Creek is considered to be especially ideal. This area originally began as an industrial facet of Vancouver in the mid 1900's. However, as Vancouver became more and more urban, its industry began to fade away until the area north of False Creek was not much more than a wasteland of empty space. However, a project designed to create more livable communities in the 1980's turned this unused region into a dense community, and the area has been home to thousands of families ever since. The Burrard Street Bridge was then built over False Creek, connecting downtown Vancouver to its more suburban neighborhoods.

Because these communities were intended to house families ever since their outset, they have maintained a spectacularly comfortable and safe environment for many years. The typical downsides of a big city are not present in this region of Vancouver. In North False Creek, traffic is light, the streets are clean, and all neighborhoods are considered to be very safe. The Vancouver government has put enormous amounts of effort into giving North False Creek a more suburban feel than the rest of its communities. Lush trees and landscaping abound, and one will find few of the large skyscrapers and industrial buildings in North False Creek that are so common in downtown Vancouver.

North False Creek possesses practically all of the major components of a suburb that one searches for in a family oriented area. For instance, North False Creek has a fantastic education program that services children of all ages. This school district is reputed to possess some of the most highly trained teachers and administrators in all of Vancouver. Parks abound in North False Creek, with sports and recreation receiving a large community emphasis from the town's residents. This town features affordable shops and department stores that suit its inhabitants' everyday needs. Finally, North False Creek possesses high quantities of affordable housing options. When the area was redesigned to accommodate a family geared setting, many low-income housing options were incorporated into the area to ensure that families of all backgrounds could afford an abode in the safe environment north of the False Creek inlet. This enabled countless residents to purchase a home in a fantastic community that they never would have thought they could afford.

North False Creek presents the perfect balance of amenities for any growing family. The safe environment of North False Creek presents the perfect place for children to reside, but the town is still close enough to all of Vancouver's major urban districts so that parents can have easy access to careers in the area. When searching for a community in which to raise his or her family, one should ask his or her Vancouver realtor to present False Creek North homes for sale.
