The connectivity of the first model has WLAN 802.11b/g, Micro USB, DVB-H (Class C), Bluetooth 2.0, GPS w/A-GPS and a battery BL-5F (950 mAh). While the connectivity of the second model has WLAN 802.11b/g w UPnP, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.0 TV out and a battery BP-4L (1500 mAh).

If anything media is important to you, the first model has audio playback MP3/AAC/HE-AAC/WMA, video playback MPEG-4 PS/H.264/RealVideo/WMV9/Flash. The second model has audio playback MP3, AAC, eAAC, eAAC+, WMA and video playback MPEG 4-SP, H.264, RealVideo, WMV9 and flash video.

Wow, it looks like there are some similarities between the two of these products. If video capability, with a camera and social networking is important to you, the second model is what you are after. If all the bells and whistles are not up your alley, the first model will do just fine too.
