No win no fee claims are made in accident cases where the victim was not responsible for causing the accident. This genuine cost-free and risk-free service covers accidents in road traffic, at work, in schools, and with defective products. Such claims can be made by drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and cyclists, in case of traffic accidents.
