Nitric Oxide Supplements That Help Boost Your Performance In The Gym

By:

Nitric oxide supplements are the new craze in exercise performance. Everybody wants to have the right pre-workout igniter and lift heavier weights, for longer periods of time and get the famous pump feeling in their mucles while being able to workout for what seems like forever. Are they beneficial or are they a big scam to make you spend your money with the supplement companies?

Being a person who works out I've tried many pre-workout supplements and some of them really give you an extra boost the first couple of times you use them. This is usually only happens during the first couple of weeks, then your body will often get used to the ingredients that are supposed to give you the "kick", such as caffeine and L-arginine.

The effect is a much reduced performance after the first couple of weeks, thus making them less effective. But there are tricks to make your nitric oxide supplements worth their money... Use them less often and cycle your use. Don't use them before each and every workout. Use it only when you feel really low or need an extra kick... I use my No-Xplode only once a week or so...

Every time you take a longer break and get back to using the supplement, you'll start feeling the same pre-workout kick you most likely are looking for. It is important to take that break if you want the effects each workout.

Most nitric oxide supplements are definitely worth the money as they will help pump up your muscles quite a bit. I experience a lot bigger veins and muscle pump when I drink my nitric oxide supplements before a heavy workout or pump training session. The results are usually temporary or last a couple of hours, so they are great for photo shoots or times when you need to look pumped up too.

Nitric oxide supplements also help increase the size of your muscles becuase of creatine monohydrate. There is quite a lot of creatine in the best nitric oxide powders, which help with loading the muscle with additional fluids. This fluid will make you "gain weight" and make your muscles appear bigger. It does not however, increase the actual amount of lean body mass. The weight you gain is usually intramuscular water, which makes your muscles get a "bigger look", but it's not really actual muscle mass. Unfortunately you need to keep consuming the supplement to get the benefits you are looking for long-term, but I still think they are a worthy supplement to use when you want to boost performance and want to make your muscles appear bigger quickly!
