Nitric Oxide Supplements - Are No Supplements A Scam Or Do They Really Help Make Your Veins Ripped?

Have you heard about Nitric Oxide (NO) supplements and gotten a peak interest in their function? Well, I've tried some of the more popular brands and know exactly how they make me feel. If you are looking for a great energy boost, then nitric oxide supplements are definitely something to keep an eye on.

Nitric oxide supplements are said to have many benefits such as:

* Lower levels of fatigue - You can lift, run and perform longer without feeling tired. I can personally vouch for this effect and it is one of the benefits I like the most. The increase in performance is why I usually take this supplement in preperation for a game or sport activity.

* Increase muscle pump - This to me is not the best effect of NO supplements as I don't workout for the "pump feeling", but I try to lift heavy and low reps in order to build strength. I've tried to workout and get a pump using some of the popular Nitric Oxide supplements and found that the pump does significantly increase.

* Increase energy levels - Who doesn't love having more energy? Well, if you haven't tried NO and then get the effects of the L-Arginine coming into your blood, you'll feel a huge surge of increased energy, which will sustain for rather long periods of time. I have taken the NO in the morning and worked out late at night with benefits, although it's recommended to use it 30 minutes before your activity.

* Faster recovery - Since your body needs more fuel and oxygen, among other things such as the right nutrients, having the nitric oxide increase your blood flow actually helps with recovery and you'll feel a lot better, a lot sooner after your workout than usual. Again, I personally don't workout "too often", which makes this benefit more for the frequent lifter rather than me.

I mostly look for the sudden rush of energy and increased performance when I take this supplement. I don't use it on a daily basis to gain "muscle pump", since I've got creatine and other supplements to help with muscle development, but literally nothing I've tried beats a good Nitric Oxide supplement when you need to get that boost of energy and really perform with heightened alertness and speed, such as for sports.

I can definitely see how this supplement would benefit the elite sportsmen and bodybuilders. Since my first dose I'm definitely a huge fan of the increased performance I get and the rush of energy that comes along with it!
