Remember that in order to get the maximum potential out of your life or anything that you choose to do in life you should set goals that are challenging but attainable. If you set goals that are out of reach and unattainable then you will get very frustrated because you are working so hard and just not accomplishing anything because you set your goals beyond your abilities. If you set goals that are not very challenging then you will never get the things that you really want because you are setting goals below your maximum potential.

In order to get all the wealth and happiness that you want out of life your goals should be challenging but within your reach. Trying to become a famous superstar in a week is just not possible and out of your reach. Becoming a famous superstar over a couple of years is a goal that is challenging but attainable and it will ultimately get you to your fame and fortune you always wanted.

People who are too laid back and who are afraid of that challenge are the people who are afraid to get to their goals and their wealth. A lot of people are afraid of this and that is why they are in the ninety-five percentage of people who are outside the top five percent who own eighty percent of wealth in the United States.

Anybody can get to whatever they want but they have to take down their fear of taking a challenge to get to their goals. People who are afraid of loss from not taking advantage of challenges or opportunities they have for attaining wealth are the people who become successful because they know that they will miss out on wealth or success if they do not take advantage of their challenges or they are afraid of them in order to get to the lifestyle they really want.

During the 2009 NFL season the New Orleans Saints knew that they could win the Superbowl and they had the hunger to win it. They also knew they were going to face challenges along the way with injuries and other challenging teams out there such as the Indianapolis Colts, New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys and Minnesota Vikings. They were not afraid of the challenge and they went into the season and the playoffs with confidence, desire, imagination to win, swagger, mental toughness and hunger and it resulted in them bringing the Vince Lombardi trophy to New Orleans after all the catastrophe the city has been through.

Another challenging profession is in sales because many people can be afraid of rejection or arrogant people. The people who succeed in sales are the people who are not afraid of that challenge and learn to keep moving on no matter how many times they run into rejection and as a result they make big money and some get promoted to management from their confidence and not being afraid to keep moving on.

In your home based multi-level marketing business you also need to accept challenges if you want to get the maximum potential and wealth out of it. Never be afraid to talk to anyone about your business and never be afraid to spend the extra time to cater to future leaders or coach them in order for them to be successful and you to be successful as well so you can all get to your goals of wealth and prosperity and success in your business.

To be a leader you have to show people the way to be successful and be a great example of what a strong motivator is. A strong motivator teaches his counterparts or future leaders how to never be afraid of a challenge and just to have fun while taking on the challenges necessary to get above and beyond your goals and dreams or to a happy and wealthy lifestyle.

A person who is afraid of a challenges can never be a true leader because people will not listen to a person who is afraid of a challenge in order to bring a group of future leaders to a common goal. If you want to become a leader and attract others in your business you have to be confident and show people that taking on a challenge is fun and rewarding and not frightening.

If you want to get to your ultimate goals it will be a challenging process so if you want to live a happy and comfortable lifestyle then you will have to be ready for a challenge and have fun. To put your imagination in real life and to make your burning desire to become a reality then you have to be ready for a challenge and after you accomplish that challenge not only will you gain new leaders in your business and live comfortably but you will also feel good about what you have accomplished and how you have lead others to feel good about their accomplishments and get what they want out of life too.

Getting through challenges and having fun will lead you too an overall happy life for everyone and it will make you a stronger person and a better leader in the end when you get to your goals!
