Natural Sources on Skin

Natural skin care is the care of the skin using naturally-derived ingredients combined with naturally occurring carrier agents, preservatives, surfactants, humectants and emulsifiers. Many people use natural skin care recipes to make remedies to care for their skin at home. Natural skin care goes beyond the application of products on one's skin. jojoba, safflower oil rose hip oil, shea butter, beeswax, witch hazel, aloe vera, tea tree oil, and chamomile is natural sources for skin care. Honey's natural antioxidant and anti-microbial properties and ability to absorb and used extensively in skin care treatments as they help to protect the skin from the damage of the sun's rays and rejuvenate depleted skin. Aloe vera is also use for skin care. Aloe is the ultimate skin care treatment. It soothes, it softens and it moisturizes. Aloe-containing creams, gels, and ointments are used for minor burns, sunburn, cuts and abrasions, wounds, and frostbite.

Shea butter can provide healing for conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, stretch marks, and dermatitis. Shea Butter is naturally rich in a number of vitamins such as Vitamins A, E, & F. Shea butter is a particularly good moisturizer because it penetrates the skin quickly, while leaving it feeling soft and smooth with no oily residue. Jojoba skin care is a natural remedy. Jojoba is a natural moisturizer for the skin. The oil is similar to the natural sebum of whale. Raw shea butter offers the highest amount of anti-aging nutrients. This shea butter has not been exposed to a refinement process, therefore all of its natural skin care benefits remain intact. Shea Butter melts and is absorbed easily into your skin carrying all of its healing and protecting properties with it. Shea butter is a particularly good moisturizer because it penetrates the skin quickly, while leaving it feeling soft and smooth with no oily residue.

Chamomile very gentle skin tonic is ideal to replenish and enrich dry or sensitive skin. Its bactericidal, anti-itching, and antiseptic properties help to refresh the skin and reduce swelling. Witch hazel is an excellent natural astringent, which reduces inflammation, sanitizing the skin and at the same time helps with hydration of the skin and stabilizes the barrier function of the skin. Use an extract of witch hazel as an astringent, a skin freshener and to soothe skin irritations. It is a strong anti-oxidant and astringent, which makes it very useful in fighting acne. It has been recommended for psoriasis, eczema, aftershave applications, cracked or blistered skin, for treating insect bites, poison ivy, and as the treatment of choice for varicose veins and hemorrhoids. Beeswax must be one of the most misunderstood and sometimes vilified cosmetic ingredients. Beeswax is also use skin is simply one of the most effective all natural dry skin.
