The SUV market seems to have all but disappeared since the industrys newfound focus on smaller, more fuel efficient cars, and automakers everywhere are embracing crossovers as a replacement option for their older, bigger brothers. Especially for industry leaders in large vehicles, it makes sense to shift with consumer focus to retain your target audience. Weve already seen manufacturers like GM making big moves towards smaller cars, and now others (like GMC) are following in the footsteps of their major competitors. By the end of this year, new and used Naples GMC dealerships are poised to see the brand new face of the automaker.

The 2011 Acadia Denali borrows features of both individual existing models to create a crossover that new and used Naples Acadia drivers are excited to see more of. Leveraging both front- and all-wheel drive platforms, the Acadia Denali, which will make it to showroom floors late this year, is available in both seven- or eight-passenger form. The new vehicle will borrow heavily from the Denali design, offering features like honeycomb grille, monotone paint, HID headlamps, unique front and rear fascias, chrome accents and exhaust tips, and the usual badges. It should be a great year for new and used Naples GMC dealers as we kick off 2010 in style.

Premium audio systems with XM, satellite navigation and a heads-up display help really highlight the infotainment system on the new Acadia Denali, and perforated leather, heated and cooled seats and tri-zone automatic climate control are just three reasons the vehicle makes such a comfortable drive. Naples GMC Acadia dealers cite mahogany accents as an eye-catching interior feature, and the Dual SkyScape sunroof system is a luxurious additional standard feature. Bluetooth, OnStar, rear-seat DVD, a rearview camera and remote starting round out some of the more innovative extras on the new Acadia Denali, which Naples GMC Acadia dealers are highlighting as part of the new model.

"The GMC Denali models have come to stand for luxury and exclusivity, and that's just what customers will get in the new Acadia Denali," said Lisa Hutchinson, GMC product marketing director. "The decision to develop an Acadia Denali was made quickly within the new GM in response to customer and dealer demand for a Denali version ever since the launch and success of the Acadia."

You can pick up the new car in Quicksilver Metallic, Carbon Black, Summit White, White Diamond Tricoat and Red Jewel Tintcoat plenty of options for the style-driven driver. Special six-spoke 20-inch wheels contribute to a solid, sturdy feel. While it wont be available at used Naples Acadia dealers for awhile, local drivers are still excited to get to a new car dealership and give the Acadia Denali a test-drive. After all, crossovers seem to be the hot selling item among affluent customers these days, and its important for manufacturers to adapt to the market to stay alive especially when the country is still gripped in the throes of the recession. Stop on by a local dealer today to learn a little more.
