My Girlfriend Seems So Distant Right Now - Does That Mean She Is Cheating?

It's never a good sign when you feel like your girlfriend is pulling away from you and she is being obviously distant when she is with you. You have conversations with her and it seems like she is somewhere else, in a far away land. You know what that could mean, you just hope that it is not what you really think it is. You are afraid that she might be cheating on you, and you want to confirm this so that you don't end up making a fool out of yourself.

You can either hide your head in the sand while she gets to have her fun, or you can decide to deal with the fact that you might have a cheating girlfriend on your hands. It's up to you.

Here are some clues that your girlfriend is cheating on you:

1) She has condoms in her purse and they are not yours.

There should be no reason why your girlfriend would have condoms in her purse that are not for yo, unless she is saving the for someone else. If you do find that she has condoms on her and they are not yours, then you need to face the facts that she might be slipping out in the middle of the night when you are not paying attention.

2) She has phone numbers locked in her phone that you don't know.

If you are close enough to your girlfriend to have a pretty good idea on who she talks to on a regular basis and you find that she suddenly has more phone numbers on there that you don't know... that could be a bad sign. That does not mean that she definitely is cheating on you, but it should draw up some questions in your mind. And you do have to be rational enough to assume the possibility that she might have a thing on the side.

3) She cuts you off on the phone and says that she has someone on the other line.

Unless it is a serious call from one of her friends or family, she probably should be making YOU a priority when you are on the phone with her. If she suddenly starts to cut you off and take whomever is on the other side of the line, then you need to realize that the possibility is that she could be creeping out with another man. Don't think that she is just doing other things, you need to come to the realization that she very well might be cheating and creeping on you.
