My Genuine Review Regarding Flavia Del Monte's Full-body-licious Fitness System For Ladies

Introduction

Flavia Del Monte has just launched her latest health system for women called Full-Body-Licious. Following the success of her first outing with her husband Vince del Monte in their co-released wedding workout videos, many having been asking her to release a training specially for women. I managed to secure a copy of the product so in this article I will be providing my Full-Body-Licious review to help you decide whether it is right for you.

What exactly is Full-Body-Licious?

The Full-Body-Licious fitness program is based on a workout system that Flavia uses herself. This same system has helped her bring her own body fat down from 18% to 13.4% in a mere 10 weeks while working out at the Powerhouse Gym, Tampa, Florida.

Here are the elements of the DVD:

DVD 1: Tight and Trim Thighs

DVD 2: Show Off Stomach

DVD 3: Booty Booster

DVD 4: Sleek & Shapely Shoulders

DVD 5: Beautiful Backside

As shown above, this program is divided into 5 seperate DVDs. Each part is a 60 minute session specially designed to give your entire body and full workout while at the same time targeting a key muscle group. Once you have gone through all the training videos, by the end of the week you will have thorougly covered your entire body as well as the key muscle groups with different types of workouts and exercise methods. What this also does it increase your metabolism, grow new muscles and burn up fat all in one go.

Flavia is present in every section of the program and it is done entirely in video format. This is great because you can see how Flavia does each workout routine and just copy her. Each DVD also comes with a PDF printout that contains the exercises accompanied with pictures and information about the amount of sets and repetitions recommended. The printouts are great for times when you want a 'cheat sheet' while you're at the gym or outstation.

Will it work?

Earlier in the year, Flavia recruited 95 women to take part in a mini version of her Full-Body-Licious program. The ladies that took part in this challenge all had different background and were of assorted ages and yet many of them achieved success in losing significant weight. This is a good indicator that as long as you follow this program dilligently, you can get similar results. Here are a few examples of the kind of results other women are getting:

Cathy is a 50 year old who found the exercise routines a good challenge and had enough variety while the eating plan was something doable. By going through Flavia's program, she managed to lose 16.8 pounds and 4 inches from her waist. Also, she says that it has been a long while since she has been in such great shape.

Kristen was also part of the program and by the end of it she lost 10 pounds and 3 inches from her waistline. She also mentions that she really enjoyed the variety of exercises and is confident of being able to stick to the nutrition plan recommend by Flavia.

What type of equipment will I need to have?

Flavia has taken into account the fact that not all women will have access to the local gym so she has provided alternatives to gym equipment in her videos. That said, you will need to have least some dumbbells, a stability ball and a resistance band.

What else do I need to know?

As of the time of this writing, there is only a digital version of this product available. On one hand, this is good in a sense that you can have access to your product the moment your payment is through. A number of people have expressed their dissapointment however at the fact that they won't be able to get a physical version.

If the absence of a physical version is a deal breaker for you then you will have to forego this product. One suggestion I can make is that you could buy the product and burn the videos into DVDs yourself or pay someone to do it. The videos are recorded in high quality so doing this should be an issue in terms of viewing quality.

In Closing

Some may say, what is the big deal about having a fitness product for women? Is there a need for it? Because of the difference in physique and goals between men and women, fitness programs should not be the same for both. Flavia recognizes this and therefore has come up with her own system which she is now sharing with others. I think this is one of the most complete fitness product I've seen in a while whether for men or women.

Dieting and weight loss pills might help you to lose weight fast, but it cannot help you to achieve that lean, toned look. Following Flavia's program is no walk in the park, but through it you will become fitter and live healthier, not to mention your body will be looking great as well. If this is your ultimate goal, then I have no qualms recommend Full-Body-Licious to you.
