Why would you consider becoming a body builder? The benefits are many
and much more than what is visible. We are all born imperfect. Some of us
accept that fact and will not bother to do anything about it. There are others
who refuse to accept the defeat. They decide to improve themselves and body
building is a perfect pathway. The winners are those who are doing something
positive and therefore are on the way to something better and the losers
are those that do nothing feeling sorry for themselves.

strongly determined you are to overcome every obstacle in your path.
Your body building routine can be a school for patience, persistence and your

You dont have to spend long hours in the gym. Brief intense workout are
best result producers. Good eight hours sleep per night and a well balanced
diet are tied to your workouts. If you are a dedicated body builder you are
automatically tied to clean and healthy living and you will become most of all
a picture of health.
