They can be added to your basic bicep curls, leg extensions, lateral raises, and tricep press downs. These types of exercise fall under isolation exercises. These are exercise that isolates one muscle to perform the movement. Another form is compounding exercises, which is recruiting the use of additional muscles to perform the movement. These examples include squats, the bench press, dead lifts, pull ups, dips, and rows.

These basic training exercises can be added to your muscle building routines with effective results when perform correctly. They are simple and have been tried and tested by health and fitness experts. The more you can stick to a routine, the easier they become and the stronger youll become.
