Others claim that carbohydrates are their source of pain and pleasure. Your ass may be the most noticeable if you allow yourself to go saggy and flabby but believe me its also a man killer if kept well toned and in the right shape. Put your focus on adding heavy weight lunges, one legged squats, hamstring curls and ass to the ground squats into your regimen and be prepared to wow the men off their pants.
