Motor Insurance Is Essential - For The Sake Of Security

By: JessicaThomson

All types of motor insurance such as Taxi Drivers Insurance, Van Drivers Insurance, Couriers Insurance, Mini Bus Drivers insurance, Motor Home Insurance, Chauffeurs Insurance, Motorbike Insurance are designed to cover the damage. On the other hand insurance in itself is a security not only for the owner of the vehicle but also for the victim of the accident as well as any other person to whom the damage is done.
The UK road traffic rules do not allow the driver to take on the road unless the car is insured. This is in fact trying to provide security against anything going wrong with the car or the car driver.
In the conventional sense motor insurance provides security against accident, breakdown midway, theft and injury and damage to third party or public property.
In a different perspective we can say that motor insurance promotes security. More the security of the car, less is the premium. The people would obviously try to decrease the premium and in that process increase the security.
The premium in UK depends on the parking facility. If you are parking the car or van in the garage then the premium is going to be low. On the other hand there are cars with strong chassis and outer covering .
More the distance covered by the vehicle, less the security, more the chances of it getting stolen and more the chances of accident. The premium is high when the mileage of the vehicle is more than the standard.
Security of the car can be increased many fold by installing the security system in the car. The security system reduces the chances of the car being stolen.
Security of the Pedestrians : The insurance companies consider the married people to be far more matured than the unmarried drivers. More over they consider the age to be of prime importance when deciding upon the premium. More the maturity ,less are the chances of rash driving, more security for the pedestrians and the public property.
Security of other cars: In the event of the driver not committing any accident for the insured period, there are No Claims Bonus Points. The more the No Claims Bonus Points, more is the driver on the safer side , more is the security of the surrounding. Thus we see that there is promotion of security in promoting the benefits of the No Claims Bonus Points.
We can say that motor insurance not only provides all round security but is designed for the sake of security of everyone and everything that is possibly going to be affected by any peril.
