Mosquito Repellent- Best Way To Avoid The Mosquitoes

As they say dont go on the size but the effect, mosquitos fall in such a category. As tiny as they seem but they can be an outlet of a deadly disease. These blood sucking insects can be present anywhere. No matter how neat the environments are but these insects make their way somehow. But the best part of all is that with technological advancements we can at least try to prevent the inflow of this deadly insect. A Mosquito repellent is one such popular technique which is used by people to save themselves from mosquito bites. We all have been bitten by a mosquito some time or another leaving the area inflamed, sore and uncomfortable.

There are a variety of mosquito repellents available in the market. It is this availability of variety which makes picking a repellent a difficult task. To find the one which works well in keeping the mosquitoes at bay along with being safe for self and family is challenging. The manufacturing companies are trying to invent and reinvent the repellents in a way that people believe them to offer high levels of effectiveness. Now-a-days people have a variety to choose from ranging from plug-in, DEET to natural homemade mosquito repellents.

There are companies whose repellents offer a three way action in the form of mists, clear and control with a guarantee of no mosquito up to a particular number of hours. On the other hand there are some companies which also offer a variety of fragrances in the repellents. No matter what the type all the repellents are bound to offer one common ingredient which is DEET. One must ensure that any repellent which has a higher percentage of DEET, anything above 20% must be avoided.

Misters, thermal cells, sprays to patches make for a variety of repellents offered in the market. One can go for a combination from these with a natural home based repellent which works well with all and in every season. Whatever the choice a mosquito repellent is the best way to keep the harmful mosquitoes away.
