Georgia is home to some of the biggest names in the fashion and entertainment industry and the next star to shine a spotlight on the Peach State could be you. The American Mall Model Search is the catapult that will send your fashion career into overdrive. This year, Stonecrest Mall will play host to the American Mall Model Search from January 3, 2011 - February 5, 2011. Over the years, we have scouted for 75 of the nations top talent agencies. If you have what it takes to rule the catwalk and entertainment industry than an audition with the American Mall Model Search will provide you with the exposure to elevate your career.
Contestants who pass our rigorous critique process can rest assured that they have the it factor that so many people in the fashion industry refer to. If you have a knack for turning fairly common fashion ideas into fabulous and charismatic displays of personal expression, than we are looking for you.
Punching your ticket to stardom is simple. All month, contestants will sign up at any of the registration booths throughout Stonecrest Mall to get on the waiting list for the model search. As spots become available we will call contestants to set up their appointment for the upcoming preliminary. The preliminary is designed to have contestants show their personality. The opportunity to shoot a short commercial and walk the runway is where contestants must make an impression on the scouts if they want to be selected as a finalist at the end of the night.
Individuals identified as finalist are a cut above the rest and are provided with a date and time to return for their debut in the state board finals. Images and video taken of the finalist during the finals will be sent to our agency connections that are looking for talent of all ages. Our industry connections will allow us to place a clients portfolio and screen test in front of talent agencies that specialize in promoting models, actors, singers and dancers.
