Mobile Crushing And Screening Plant Manfuactured By Sbm From People In Mining Industry

Mobile crushing station has been newly explored by our company. It expands the conception of fixed coarse and secondary crushing operation. To meet our customers requirements is the aim of the this design. To remove customers operation obstacles caused by space and environment is our fist solution. To supply efficient and cheap crushing equipment is our responsibility. The mobile crushing station includes coarse and secondary plants, therefore, it can be used on various crushing and screening spots and create more new business opportunities for customers.

Mobile crushing plant, a new designed rock crushing & screening plant, which is flexible, convenient and strong in mobility, so it can save a large construction capital and relocation. Raw Materials can be broken at the local place without being transported again, and also can be moved with the further exploitation of the raw material, which saves a large number of transportation cost. Break-day corporation specializes in producing crusher, screen, transportation, other rock breaking, minerial processing equipment. On the basis of professional technology, we optimize and introduce two large and three small series of crushing and screening equipment. The mobile series is tracked crushing plant, and the portable series is tyred crushing plant. Each large series is divided into three series: rough, medium and fine crushing and screening mobile plant. Therefore, it can fully adapt to the various mobile crushing and screening spots, and creates more new business opportunities for customers while reducing cost of production.

After processing spot for mobile crushing station is selected, the spot should be kept neat and crushing station should be taken to a suitable place. Stretch lifting legs to lift crushing station, dig a hole under each leg (size of hole depends on local earth material, much softer the earth is, much deeper the hole is) and then fasten movable legs on fixed ones by joint bolts. Pour concrete into holes under movable legs as base, when the concrete is congealed, adjust concrete surface to make station supporting more stable, at last retract the lifting legs. Accessory lifting tools such as sleeper can be put on the lower part of vehicle to make it completely stable.
