This will save your time and also make your kitchen look warm and homey. If you are still left with some more space in the pot hanger then you can place ladles, spoons and other things of usual use in the stand.

- Store the appliances in cabinets - the kitchen appliances that are not used frequently should be stored in the cabinets. This will save the space on the countertop for the other things. Appliances like coffeemaker and blenders take a huge space for placing on the countertop; bring them out only when you need them. This will protect your kitchen design to look messy.

These are some of the basic tips for improving the kitchen design. It will help in saving the space on the countertop and make your kitchen look spacious and bigger than it actually is.
