Tell us a bit about yourself

I am 21 and I am from Edmonton in North London. I like football, socialising and having fun with my friends in and outside of work. I'm quite naturally a blue and white Spurs fan, and don't mind that I am one of the only ones in the customer service centre, it makes great conversation with everyone in the customer service centre!
How long have you been with AtoZ Supplies and why do you like working for the company?

I have worked for A-Z supplies now for nearly 15 months; I started in September 2008 in the customer service centre in Enfield. When starting I expected it to be a busy and stressful environment, but to my surprise, everyone within the customer service centre worked as a team, worked efficiently and worked hard. The thing I love about my job are the people I work with, things would not be the same without them.
You have recently moved from Enfield to the Head Office in Manchester, how have you settled in?

Yes I moved from Enfield our smaller customer service centre close to home, to help train what would be the new customer service centre in our head office in Hyde near Manchester, I suppose it was always in my mind when I was offered the chance to help that I would move, but it still seems so far away from home. I have settled in well and everyone I have met whilst working through the transition has been helpful, supportive and it has really helped to get this far, I am now settled into my team in the customer service centre where we help and support the other teams with calls, queries along with our own reports and queries for some of our biggest clients.
What does your job involve and what in particular do you enjoy?

My job involves dealing with customer queries however they reach us, phone, e-mail, fax or post, we even get some queries direct from our internet website through the 'contact us' function. We liaise with customers to help resolve their queries efficiently and to an excellent customer service level which we try to meet with all our customers. The thing I love the most is when you have a case when you personally have done everything you can to resolve the issue and when the customer takes the time at the end of the call to thank you for sorting the problem, it makes you feel good the whole day.
What do you see as your best quality?

I think my best quality is my knowledge of the system, our catalogue and many of our products. I pride my self on being the best agent I can be so that I can provide the best service to customer as I possibly can and I hope that I can continue to do so.
