Is it enough if you are able to make it to the office and back home each evening with little energy left over for TV or your family? Do you have the dynamic energy to give extra service to your customers and clients? How much joy are you able to bring to your family, friends, colleagues and staff? Before we can bring joy to others, we must have joy ourselves. Is this possible when exhaustion has set in and we are not able to manifest dynamic energy?

Many feel that they could pass a health test, when in fact they are totally depleted, mentally, physically and emotionally. Is your creativity level non-existent? Do you consistently respond in a reactive way to put out the most recent fire? How will you go forward with your business? To energize yourself, spark your creativity and feel healthy and fit, make use of the following six steps for manifesting dynamic energy.

Six tips to better manifest dynamic personal energy.

Make the best use of the energy you do have. Most Americans do not get enough exercise and the Weekend Warrior just doesnt cut it. Two rounds of golf or running a 6K race is not enough to keep the body fit. A ten minute walk in the fresh air every day would better serve a person.

Begin the day with a nutritious breakfast. Is it fresh, green and alive or is it a depleted flour product with little or no nutritive value? Are you one who grabs a cup of coffee in the morning so you can make it to the office where you dine on the second cup in order to wash down your favorite pastry?

Eat a nourishing lunch and dinner. Do you chomp down a sandwich from the local wagon while involved in a working lunch meeting? Do you enjoy a home-cooked dinner with the family, or are you obliged to order a huge meal at that fancy restaurant during your business meeting? Digestive problems anyone?

Enjoy peaceful, restful meals. Consider allowing at least 30 minutes for each meal. Enjoy pleasant conversation. Relaxing during your meals conserves energy and brings focus and mental clarity to your next appointment.

Protect your consciousness. Cluttering up the mind with negative thoughts and images by watching TV or reading the newspaper, does not give the mind the peace and rest that it needs. Spend time in silence to activate energy from your heart and soul.

Set your intention at the beginning of each day to manifest dynamic energy. How much attention are you giving - not only to others but to your own body-mind-spirit, the temple in which your soul has chosen to house itself for the time it is here on earth? Busy executives and entrepreneurs should feel free to commit to supporting their interests and investments in themselves.

An alert and creative business person needs qualities of clarity and mental sharpness and and the mental, emotional and physical fortitude necessary to be intensely involved in the moment-to-moment situations encountered on a daily basis.

A little personal TLC (tender, loving care) takes little energy. We want to diminish the clutter, the negativity, the useless conversation and thought processes and the needless cycles of fatigue, pain, exhaustion and health challenges.

Each person knows what action he or she must take in order to manifest dynamic energy, to have a strong, healthy and fit body, a joyful consciousness and inner peace and poise. It takes so little to feel like a million dollars. Just do it!
