Manifestation Through Visualization, A Technique To Attract Abundance

Visualization is an extremely powerful technique for manifesting your desires. Before we get into the visualization process lets first talk a little about some preparation. The very first thing you need to do in manifesting is learn to control your thoughts. Stated quite plainly your thoughts create the world you live in. There is no exception to this, everything that is happening to you now or has happened was first a thought or combination of thoughts. Learning to shed your negative thoughts and only think positive, uplifting thoughts is the key to manifesting what you desire. Now on to visualization.

When you prepare for your visualization session it is best to find a comfortable, quiet place where you will no distractions. First it is beneficial to calm yourself. This can be done by just counting your breaths slowly. Count the inhalations and exhalations. After you feel calm and relaxed, think about what you would like to manifest. Close your eyes and see what it is like to live the manifestation you want. As an example, if you want a new house overlooking a lake, you should see yourself driving up to the house. you get out of the car and walk up to the front door and unlock it with your keys. As you walk in you look around and see how beautifully the house is furnished. Okay, I think you get the idea. Walk through each room, add as much detail as possible, notice colors, sounds and smells. In other words, make it as real as possible. It is best to practice this on a daily basis around the same time and in the same place if possible. Each time you practice try to add more detail and more of your senses into the manifestation. In time this process will be come very enjoyable and something you look forward too.

Do not worry if you cannot see the actual pictures in your head. Whatever senses you can bring into your visualization is fine. One helpful way to start is to walk through the process of something enjoyable you have already done. This could be a nice dinner or whatever suits your fancy. This gets your visualization muscles working. have fun with this and try not to be so serious.
