As you can see from the reviews, this system does work! In order for you to achieve your fitness goals, you have to be committed, determined, and focused! You have to be committed in making healthy eating choices! You have to be determined to use the system 3-4 times a week! Lastly you have to stay focused on this path!

Although you will see results after the first couple weeks or maybe even a couple day, you have to keep pushing yourself! You have to keep pushing for that extra minute, for that extra second! That extra second works wonders on your attitude!
