Make Your Own Loire From Paris

A business trip never needs to be just that: Why not make your own luck? If youve got planned business in Paris, extend your trip and spend your weekend getting to know France.
No doubt you will be staying in Hotel la Defense, situated in Pariss business district. This is your ideal base location, as you can walk to and from meetings each day, as well as take in the nearby sights. To wind down each evening, you can stroll along the famous Champs-Elyses boardwalk just ten minutes from your hotel. After the necessary business is over, you have two options: The first is to go home and say, business is business. The second is to take two days out to explore Pariss surroundings and return with stories galore! If youve picked the latter: Youre in for an amazing time.
Firstly, remember to extend your booking at your luxurious Hotel Paris la Defense, before taking the time to investigate some of Pariss icons, such as the Louvre Museum. Afterwards, hire a car or jump on a train and head to The Loire Valley. Situated just over an hour out of Paris, The Loire Valley is also known as The Garden of France, and upon arrival, you will see why. The land boasts vineyards, techni-coloured flowers, and rolling hills that are home to over a thousand chteaux.
This is a place that has been an inspiration for poets and writers for hundreds of years, and to put it quite simply: This enchanted land is breathtaking. There are endless options for exploring the valley, from touring the castles, to golf, hot air ballooning, and eating the delicious local delicacies; but highly recommended is that you visit Chambord, the largest of the Loire Valley castles. Built by Franois I, this castle boasts an enormous Renaissance edifice and is surrounded by stunning parkland, which can be explored by horse-drawn carriage. You are sure to be left speechless!
And trust in the fact that as your day draws to an end in Loire, your new business trip law will be to do this againand again.
