On the other hand, selling downloadable audio files is much easier because people can download them directly from your website on their computers or iPods. These products do not need to be physically shipped. However, there may also be a third option, as per which, once a person makes the purchase, you can allow them to simply push a button online and stream the video immediately. When the audio streams online, the buyer can listen to it on their computers.

Give Them Bandwidth

If you are selling an audio file that the buyers can download from your website, you will have to make sure that you give them enough bandwidth. If the bandwidth size is less, some of your prospects will not be able to download the files successfully. The bandwidth size must be in line with the number of prospects you are expecting would download the file at one time. In fact, it is always better to have some room for additional buyers so that if on a particular day, if the sales volume is high, your buyers still do not have any problems in downloading the file.

How To Create An Audio Product

There are several ways to create audio files. You may like to go into a very elaborate and expensive recording studio and record your audio. Obviously, this is going to be a very costly affair for you. So, as an alternative, you can always record it on your computer using a microphone and recording software. This method is completely hassle-free and does not cost you anything.

The most important thing is to make sure whether the customer is getting value from the audio they are purchasing from you. You must be able to review your audio product critically as per the clients priorities. Whether it is a downloadable MP3 file or an audio CD, the content must be valuable enough for the buyer. Always remember - when it comes to selling an information product, the real value does not come from how decoratively you have designed the audio CD, but it comes from the fact whether it helps the buyers to accomplish the desired task or not.
