You need 2,000,000 (two million) impressions per month to join. If that's too much for you, then consider their affiliate program, which does not have a minimum traffic requirement to participate.

Amazon Associates

Amazon Associates is one of the more popular affiliate programs since it is easy to sign up and execute.
