Blogging seems to have taken the world by storm these days. Everyone from business executives to housewives seems to be keeping a blog. A bit of time will need to be invested in researching good niches that can be written for. The best tip when doing this is to pick niches that interest the blogger who will be writing them.

The third step is to write a few to use as samples for the resume. They should also be posted to a personal blog to be pointed to as a reference. This is the most important piece of a resume when applying for a blogging job. There should be several samples on hand whenever applying for a blogging job.

Of course, one needs to find someone who needs a blogger in order to get a job. This can be done by searching online. There are several places to go that offer big bucks to blog for them. It's always good to look for recommendations from fellow writers and keep searching daily as new opportunities come and go frequently. Just remember that rarely does an opportunity to get paid for blogging fall out of the sky. It needs to be sought after. Those who look for it will surely find it, though.

Lastly, when an opportunity arises, seize it. There are always opportunities to change one's mind later on. Every opportunity that is given to combine one's hobby with making money should be taken.
