Low-profile Tires

Okay, say youre driving on the street or the freeway, & you see a car with extremely big rims. Lets say theyre Hummer H3 Wheels & theyre almost covering the entire tire. Even if you did have these tires, youd have to change them seasonally because they do not do very well in winter conditions; in fact, they dont do well at all.
