Love Handles Exercises The Easy Way

Love Handles Exercises The Easy Way

What's the best way to lose love handles and stomach fat? The answer ties in with how to lose weight in general. When you eat less and are more energetic the body will basically draw on the stored fat and use this as energy.
However, if you exercise very energetically your body will not use the fat! You should aim for low to medium exercises.

There are some invisible ways to tone your muscles that you can do everywhere ..

1. Squeeze, hard! Your "gluteus maximus" - that is your butt - is one of the three biggest muscles in your body. If you exercise it you'll not only increase your metabolism - and making it possible to get rid of love handles fat and weight - but you'll get a more sexy bum! Your tummy and belly also tense up - an added benefit to lose love handles! It's easy to do whether you're standing up or sitting down:

Squeeze hard for 3-4 seconds, relax, repeat 10-15 times. These invisible exercises do not need any equipment and nobody will notice you doing them.

2. Stand tall. Simply being aware of your posture will make your muscles work harder.Doing this means your muscles grow, thus burning more calories. For example, when you're doing the dishes or ironing, be aware of your posture. Your love handles and stomach fat will melt away quicker if you have muscles there. So exercise them - feel your stomach and back muscles tense and work harder when you pay attention to your posture? The muscles you have there need to get bigger and stronger, because your body will then use more calories ... some taken from your love handles.

3. Play with your children. Notice how kids always enjoy fooling around, especially when they are young? Join in! Run around, kick a ball, race them, just play around, and if you have a dog you know it'll love having sticks thrown at it. Everybody will have a good time. Of course, they only enjoy it as long as they are young ....

4. Isometrics - the hidden powerful secret. When you tense your muscles but nothing moves, that's isometric exercise. Tense your body against the wall as if you are trying to push it away. You don't move, the wall doesn't move. That's an isometric exercise. Try to do these small, almost invisible exercises several times during the day. Here are some examples:

* Press your hands together, as if you were praying and press hard.

When you go through a doorway you can pretend you are about to lift the whole building up by pressing against the frame above your head.

* Still in the doorway - push against the door frame and pretend you're Superman, pushing the doorway apart. Tense as hard as you can, relax, and repeat again .

* Spend time outdoors. If you think about it, a lot of the things people do at the gym are things like running, rowing and cycling. So do these activities outside? So, why not go running, rowing or cycling in the fresh air outside instead! You'll enjoy being outside instead of in a closed room with someone elses music playing ...music that you haven't had a say about at all ...

* Become a high energy walker. Think about your walking style. Don't take short steps, try to walk with just a bit longer strides. A little quicker and longer strides will give you confidence, good posture and a sexier, shapelier behind!

These easy, fast and simple exercises can be incorporated into your daily life right now!
