Lose Stomach Fat Faster

New research from down under has found that the best way to lose stomach fat is through interval training - not one abdominal exercise after another! Interval training can be done on cardio equipment, but to my mind, there's far more challenge and enjoyment to be had from bodyweight circuits.
You get the best of both worlds - fat loss, strength gain, and a total body physical challenge! PLUS you don't feel chained to one piece of equipment for any length of time. You can do these circuits anywhere, with minimal equipment, and no need for a single plug socket!
So, why don't more people use bodyweight circuits to reach their goals?
1. They're physically tough
2. Most people don't know what to do and for how long
3. They require thought and planning
No more!
If you want a home circuit to follow, to burn fat and accelerate your fitness results, you need to take 3-6 bodyweight exercises. Choose whatever exercise you like, provided that it works your whole body and not just one muscle group.
For example, a squat is far more effective, by engaging nearly the whole body, than a bicep curl, which really only works... your bicep! Start with the following circuit:
Bodyweight Squat - 10-15 reps
Push Up - 10 reps
Static Lunge - 12 reps each side
Complete one set of each exercise, moving on to the next one with minimal rest. Once you've completed one set of all 3 exercises, rest for 1 minute, and then repeat all 3 again for up to 5 sets.
If in doubt about technique, enter each exercise name into a search engine for instructions, or ask a member of the fitness staff at your local gym. Once you have the hang of this circuit, you can start to add more exercises in, such as Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Inverted Rows and Step Ups. Again, look these up online for technique and instructions.
Bodyweight circuits are only limited by your imagination or your exercise arsenal. Add bodyweight circuits into your exercise program and I guarantee you will see positive change both in your fitness and your body shape. The beauty is you can do these circuits anywhere! Give them a go and be surprised at how challenging they can be... If not, feel free to carry on being tied to that cardio machine...
