If ever a six pack is not really your major goal but only to lose the extra stomach fat and just have a fat tummy that you can show off to your friends, then these tips and tricks can be of help. These are not good sources of carbohydrates. These cause bloating, poor digestion, and storing of more body fat. Instead, choose brown rice, oats, and sweet potato. They are complex carbs that are far healthier than simple carbohydrates.

Make it a point to eat healthy foods that are high in protein, complex carbohydrates as well as your daily helping of fruits and vegetables . Much of your energy source should from organic foods.

Since your eating habits have now been changed for the better, it is high time to engage yourself in a regular fitness regimen. Stop being a couch potato and join a fitness club. If you are a newbie and do not know what to do inside a fitness gym, hire a personal trainer to kick off your new healthy lifestyle.

If you make this your lifestyle, then you can lose fat stomach within a few weeks and that would be very life-changing .
