Lose Fat Love Handles Lose Them Forever

When someone sets out on a diet and exercise routine to lose weight, they most often or not get stuck throughout the process. The time when most people get stuck is towards the end when they seem to not be able to get rid of those fat love handles.

This happens with a lot of people so dont get down on yourself. Its part of evolution. Remember, your body was never meant to have a six pack year round. It is a very efficient machine built for survival. The more fat you have on your body, the better chance you have of survival. However, we no longer live in a time of feast or famine and Mastodons and Saber Tooth Tigers. You have to get down and dirty towards the end of your diet. You have to trick your body to lose those last pounds. This is what I am going to show you right now.

I am going to assume that you have been dieting for quite a while now without any type of break. You might of have a drink here or there a piece of candy, but nothing drastic. Nothing that will truly offset your course.

Well guess what, I am going to offset your course big time.
You probably wont like what I am saying at first, but trust me. I have done this myself and have told my clients to do the same thing with great success.

Since you have been dieting for a long time, your metabolism has probably come to a screeching halt because of the lack of food you have been eating for a long time. So what you are going to do this weekend starting on Friday is start eating, and I mean eat a lot!

I want you to eat fatty foods, cheeseburgers, ice cream, anything of that nature. The next day I want you to eat nothing but chicken and pasta. I dont care what you put on it or what type of sauce you use. I used vodka sauce when I did this during my recent diet. Eat till your full. Youre probably going to feel like crap.

This is expected. On Sunday, I want you to go back to your diet and continue the following the week. By doing this type of re-feed you are tricking your body into thinking it needs to jack up its metabolism to start burning off all this food. It senses that you are no longer in famine mode and you will start losing weight again.

Trust me. Just do what I said. You wont be disappointed.
