You do need to have some will power but not as much as you have been made to believe. If you were to be successful at the new diet then there would be no reason for another new diet later. They want your money and that is it. Their diets do not cure the problem.
True health is found in fitness and lifestyle. Only through daily fitness and a healthy daily diet can we achieve true health. Notice I said daily. If it is not daily then it cannot become a habit. If it does not become a habit then the weight will not stay off. That is why so many of the diets fail.
