Though paintball is a rapidly growing sport with an explosive amount of popularity, it is still mostly based in the United States and has not achieved widespread recognition. The truth of the matter is, until paintball does receive this type of study in the international realm, it will never attain Olympic stature.

There are a few things to consider when you are getting dressed for a paintball game. If you want to make sure you do not end up getting bruised, wear pants and a long-sleeved shirt. If you want to be covert, wear dark clothing or clothing that blends into the scenery. Also, since your clothes will be covered in paint (and possibly mud and sweat), do not wear anything that you want to keep pristine. You do not want your clothes to keep you from having a good time, so dress smart for the weather and for physical exercise.
