Five small meals is better than divulging a lot in one setting. Always include fruits in your diet. This is a great replacement for dessert or sweets. Never go on a crash diet. Do not miss a meal. It would have a bad effect on your body. Those who miss a meal often finds themselves twice there size. Be reminded that your stomach can only take so much. It takes a few hours to digest the food and another few hours to rest. Once you consume a large quantity it would most likely expand like a balloon resulting to flab.
