You have to learn to love the process. You have to learn to enjoy the things you do to be healthy like exercise, like eat good foods and cook, and by surrounding yourself with other like minded women. Once you really start to enjoy the process, that dream body will be hit in no time and you can do much better because it really becomes a lifestyle.

Be Your Own Motivation

There is no doubt that self motivation is important, however, if you don't have a group then you are doomed for failure too. You need to have accountability. If you don't have that social aspect then you'll just end up stopping. This social group of women will come from people you probably don't know just yet, it's never your family or your friends.

Scare Yourself with Stats

Using fear and scare tactics are not going to work to push and motivate you to success. They make you know what the consequence are but it will always come down to what you want. Plus so many of these are false like weight training for women will make you big.

Weight training in this case is the so called secret to burning fat and really hitting your goals. So get the facts and make sure you are given then in a positive light about what you're capable of doing.

Failure Is Failure

This is simple not true. When it comes to exercise, failure means you either hated the program you were on or you failed to be consistent. This is why it's so important that you track your fat burning exercises and your nutrition so you can see results and see where things go wrong as well.
