Listen To Your Envy And Make It Work For You

Is there someone out there that you envy? It could be the successful businessman of the year. Your colleague driving a big car. Your good friend traveling the world in style. A women in her sixties completing her first marathon. A model with a fabulous body. The winner in a district badminton championship.

When you envy someone, you yearn to have the qualities, achievements or possessions of the person. Sometimes you may even feel resentful towards the person for his good fortune and may put yourself down as you feel that you are not good enough.

Dont let any negative feelings cloud your thoughts. Instead listen to your envy. It is your good friend. It has come to tell you something. It is your inner voice telling you where you want to go. When you envy someones fabulous body, your inner voice is telling you that it is time you do something to get your body in good shape. When you envy someones success, your inner voice is telling you that it is time you do something to achieve the kind of success you want in your life.

Theres actually no need for any hard feelings when you witness someones success or achievements. These people have started somewhere, sometimes even at lesser circumstances than where you are today. They have worked their way to claim their trophy although you may not get to see their hard work and efforts. Be happy for them. Be thankful that they appear in your life to arouse your feelings and to awaken your desires and dreams.

So the next time you are envious of someone, tune inwards and discover what exactly you are envious about. What is it that you really want. Then, make plans and go for it. Listen to your envy and make it work for you.
