Lg Optimus Black Introduces Extreme Processing Speeds

Processing speeds have become extremely important not only for the personal computer, but also for the mobile phones as well. The LG Optimus Black will be having a 1 GHz dual core processor, which then translates into 2 GHz of processing power. This is nearly double the size of the best smart phone currently available. However, it is not in the processing speed stakes that the LG Optimus Black really takes your breath away. It is in the styling department, where the dominant side of the Apple iPhone 4 in terms of look has been broken by the LG phone. This has been made possible because of using the thinnest body available for the LG Optimus Black. As a result, the LG Optimus Black has a thickness of just 9.2 mm.

Even though comparison is between this phone and the Apple iPhone 4 are unavoidable due to the similar kind of thickness, the LG Optimus Black is in a different league due to its processing prowess. The phone will be having the Android 2.3 operating system, which is the latest operating system from Android. However, even then it will be running quite smoothly in the LG Optimus Black due to the dual core processor. There is a misconception that high rated processors will consume a lot of power. It is a misconception that is definitely not true in the case of the LG Optimus Black because the 1500 mAh battery in the phone does its job brilliantly. Talk times in the region of seven hours to nine hours can be expected from the battery.

The phone will be having two cameras. While the rear facing camera is used like in any other mobile phones for photography, but the real good feature about the LG Optimus Black lies in the two megapixel front facing camera. This is possibly the highest resolution camera that any manufacturer has included for the video chatting camera. The possibility of this camera being taken advantage of in the LG Optimus Black is extremely high due to the presence of 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity options. They are now present almost everywhere and finding a suitable network connection for you will not be a problem. The phone is expected to be launched in the UK very soon.
