Led Tube:As a consultant that worked in a company.I was oftenly called a "teacher " by some poeple ,but many times ,i feel that the boss is my boss .I get much culture from them that can't read in the books and also can't buy from the market .
Some years ago , i worked in another wholesale led display in a North east company and i usually came to a near rusturant for dinner and then i knew the boss of the rusturant Mr liu.Mr liu always asked me some questions about how to mange the staffs .
One time ,when i was having dinner , suddenly ,some bottle flied ot the sky .Then i found that they are some poeple was flight .Being a consultant , i had never seen this .So i feel badlly for the managing .
How to manage the actives after drinking ?
After some days , Mr liu knew this and called me to ask me about how to manage the actives after drinking ? He said , it is easy to manage the staffs , but it is hard to mange the customer -This is also the hard question for me .How to manage the actives after drinking ?
I had no words to say and i thought " How to manager the actives of the drunkard ? It is no way to do that ,the best idea is only off this resturant "After that time i have never come to this rusturant agai ,bcs i was afraid that the boss asked me again .
Never flight ,if flight ,then must gang war .
Some month later , when i was back to shenzhen ,I got a calling from Mr liu ,he invited me to visit his resturant agian .I refused him ,as i was so far with him .
After the calling , i stayed in shenzhen for a long time .Then cuase some working reasons ,i was back to North east and i heard a legend that about Mr liu and his rusturant .
One time 2 customers who were drunk and flight with 2 new workers .At the second morning ,Mr liu was angry and held a meeting .at the meeting he siad the company's policy again " Never flight with the customer , custoemr is bthe God ." After that he said fiercely :
" Who flight with the customer ? Get out .Then the 2 new workes standed out .
"Who not flight with the customer ?" Get out ," Mr liu fiecely said again .
Then Mr liu said : " all of the people who flight with the customer , find 50yuan ! Who not flight with the customer , flight 100 Yuan !"
All of the staffs were surprised , and asked Mr liu " why
Our company is service company ,we must let all of our cusotmer feel they are god ,Never flight with the cusotmers ."Mr liu said ."But if you really met the drunk customers and flight with any staffs in our rusturant , then all of the staffs need flight with them . Pls note ,here i said "if ".
"Then i will see who dare to make trouble here and flight here ." Mr liu said again ."And if anybody who hurt himself , it will be a honer in our company and the company will not only pay all of the medical fee ,but also give adwards to him/her !
Later some times ,it is really happend something ,all of the staffs all gang war with some customer (who had triad backgrounds) and cause this event , the resturant was offed 3 days . But the reputation was out again and the customer were more better than before .Bcs the people thought that it is safety ,No people flight here again .
Some years later ,they are become the biggest company in North east cause the great enterprise wisdom .
