Saleslogix and Salesforce provide a comparitive feature set.

The greatest decision factor is often the feature set itself. At the price of $65, both systems are on the high side of CRM cloud offerings. Systems such as Microsoft and Sugar are roughly half of that price. For features such as offline access and marketing campaign management, Salesforce requires additional payment while Saleslogix has these features built right in.
