Try to show a positive attitude to your customers. A company needs years of service to build trust and confidence. If the customers trust your company then it might become a bit easy. You should also try to persuade customers to remain loyal to your company.

You can start giving your point of view to the customers only after you have heard them. It is a bad habit to stop them in the middle of something to put your point forward.
