Once a week, twice weekly intermittent fasting by jucing three days a week and eating for four - these are all alternatives at your disposal.

Whatever your schedule and availability, there is a juice fasting program that you can implement. There really are no excuses. Whatever one is able to start with is fine. Even fasting one day per month is better than nothing.
