This improves relations with the customer and builds trust. Thus at a later notice you will be at an advantage should you deal with the same customer again. You should be passionate about your job and believe in yourself. Only then will the customer have the confidence to believe in you and be convinced. A common mistake is talking more than listening. This, contrary to popular belief does not create a good impression. Listening to your customers demand can be more beneficial in selling your product.
