It's All About Your Personality, Not The Tv Personality......

It's all about your personality, not the TV personality......

Like every thing else in life, to get the most out of any weightloss plan, you need to know what you actually want. Not what you eat or when and if to exercise - if you've bought a weightloss plan that should already be covered - but why you actually picked the plan you're on in the first place, and failure to do this is one of the major reasons why so many weightloss journeys fail......

When buying or starting a weightloss plan, what enspired you to pick it ? In most cases, and this may be true of you as well, are sold or made popular on the strength of a celebrity endorsement. This celebrity is usually one who has had fantastic weightloss results, and is someone with whom the public find popular or associate with. (Or at the character they play on TV)

Now you need to ask yourself - would I be using this plan because it is the best way for me to lose weight, or because I associate with the person who is fronting the advetising campaign ? If it the second, you may be using the wrong plan.

So, how do you know, in the face of all the glossy advertising, celebrity endorsements and endless features on the right weightloss plan for you ?

Well, you need to know what you want from a weightloss plan, what results you expect and more importantly how you will react to any little problems you may have on the way. I mean, are you likely to have similar sort of problems to that of a millionaire TV star or will you come up against your own range of obstacles, as well as having what will be a completely different set of resources with which to combat them.

When it comes down to it - it really is 'all about you'

How many times did you have a 'nightmare' day or an emotional upheaveal and the diet went out of the window ? More than once in my case, and I expect it could be the same for you.

So what I went looking for was a some kind of explanation as to why this happened, and more importantly, use the knowledge so that a really tough day at work didn't get me reaching for the Hagen Das.

And yes, I was willing to pay for it. After all how much would you pay not to have more years of weightloss failure in front of you ?

As it turned out, I found out how to get all of this information absolutely free, and from one of the countries top life coaches, who also happens to be an expert on female weightloss.

It was completely personalised and extensive (mine was 14 pages) and I found it all mind-blowingly useful. As I'm not allowed put a link straight through to his website here, I've but a link in my website, which you can reach from the box at the bottom.

Good luck with the profile, and come back to read more of my articles....
