Is The Tar Or The Nicotine The Worst Part Of Smoking Tobacco

If you happen to be a smoker, do you know which one is worse for you the tar or the nicotine? We all know that neither of them are good for you, but it is a known fact that the tar in a cigarette is worse. You have so many different chemicals put in the tobacco and when a cigarette is lit, these chemicals are in the tar that goes into your lungs. Just of few of the deadly chemicals you can find in tobacco are cyanide, benzene, formaldehyde, methanol, acetylene, and ammonia. Then there are thousands more that you have never even heard of. All of these chemicals go into your body each time you smoke that cigarette.

With all of these very deadly chemicals, it is a wonder that they do not attack your bodies faster. It is no wonder that each and every one of you have tried to stop them in the past it is so difficult. There are so many ways that each of you has tried to quit, only to find out that they have not helped. There is a relatively new item that a lot of you probably not have even heard of. It has only been around about four years and this new one might be able to help. It is called e-cigarette or mini. This item looks like that cigarette and the size of it is the closely the same. But size is where it changes. With this e-cigarette you will have no tobacco, so there-fore no tar.

You will get your nicotine only faster and cleaner. This e-cigarette will help you get away from tobacco period. It is cleaner because you have no ashes to worry about and no secondhand smoke. You will be able to get rid of all of those things that you carry in regards to the smoking of even one cigarette. Even if you do not want to quit smoking you will be rid of the real cigarette and the tar. You might find that you would rather use this then anything else. You do not have to worry about have it too strong like you could with a patch. You can have this e-cigarette in the strength you want.

They come in several different strengths and flavors so you can keep the same as you use now. With no secondhand smoke your family and friend will come back into your life as they might have left because of all the smoke that you sent out from all of those cigarettes.
