Is She Really Stunning? Stars And Photoshop If You See A Celeb On The Cover Of A Mag, They Look Exc

But do they genuinely look that way? If you saw the before and after pictures of a celebrity's photo shoot, or bumped into them on the street, you'd think about trying to achieve their degree of "perfection." It isn't possible - until you use Photoshop.

The world is aware that almost any glossy publication cover is Photoshopped to the umpteenth amount. Photography specialists, magazine publishers and art directors apply this in order to make the star or model look the best they are able to in order to get that "WOW! She's breathtaking!" outcome. It's actually a known reality that the population prefers to have a look at something aesthetically agreeable compared to a less-than-perfect picture.

Though the world has been clued in to the Photoshop novelty for ages, this does not get rid of the feeling that many of us get when seeing a "perfect" celebrity cover. It can raise sensations of neuroses, body image concerns and even self-loathing that we will not obtain such attractiveness or perfection. We've been trained to witnessing these beautiful superstars and attempting to emulate their looks and elegance, but are they any different from your own most beautiful pal?

Let's take a look.

Jessica Alba is among the celebrities that looks ravishing in just about every shot picture. But Google Photoshop + Jessica Alba and the results you come across will tell you that even a goddess-like person can have a zit, a poor hair day and under eye bags. They've merely been magically removed by means of Photoshop.

Mariah Carey is incredibly gorgeous, but if you noticed her in a cafe, you almost certainly wouldn't realise it was the songstress. Her images are well-known to be Photoshopped to make her look sleeker, and in 1 photo they actually made her navel disappear altogether while retouching her belly (to remove extra flab).

Kim Kardashian outed herself as soon as a pre and post Photoshop popped up on the web. While she's someone to embrace her curves and sexy figure, the editors selected to Photoshop out her fatty tissue and "pinched" in her waistline and legs, in essence minimizing her by 20 or so pounds.

Madonna is middle aged and in the real world, would seem to be an ordinary, 50-year-old lady. Nevertheless in publication images, she doesn't appear to be a day over 30. Madonna looks her age, but clearly, publication editors feel they must Photoshop her to a younger time period.

Penelope Cruz is stunning, but even she is not protected from the Photoshop. Although she needs less retouching than other superstars, still it happens in the shape of perkier bosoms, a sleeker stomach and facial retouching to even out her skin color.

Some stars are genuinely exquisite, but in nearly every professional image you'll come across skin retouched, more prominent breasts, slimmer legs and waists, compressed tummies along with other "imperfections" made optimal. And this happens because we like to watch pretty things.
